Winds create obstacles for firefighters as wildfires rage in West

After nearly a week of battling towering flames, the Park Fire in California is raging with minimal containment. The biggest obstacles crews are facing are the winds that keep spreading flames and the hard-to-reach dry fuel piled up on the forest floor.
